Southeastern Cascades Forest and Fire Project - Property Access Permission Form
By completing the form below, you grant permission for a Klamath Watershed Partnership Forester to access your property for the purposes of mapping your forest and understory brush conditions. In so doing, you acknowledge that you are the owner or manager of the property or otherwise have rights to grant access. This work is funded through a grant from the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board and will be completed between May 1, 2022 and November 1, 2022. Overall project results are public record.
