Klamath Falls Community Protection and Forest Resiliency Project - Property Access Permission Form

By completing the form below, you grant permission for a Klamath Watershed Partnership and/or Oregon Department of Forestry Forester to access your property for the purposes of mapping your forest and site conditions. In so doing, you acknowledge that you are the owner or manager of the property or otherwise have rights to grant access. This work is funded through a grant from the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board and will be completed between April 3, 2026 and December 1, 2026. Overall project results are public record.
